By accessing, browsing, or using the 888poker website located at https://888poker.top (the "Platform"), creating an account, or placing any wager, you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 888poker ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To register and use the 888poker Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 888poker or any regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 888poker, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

888poker reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 888poker may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 888poker Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 888poker shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify 888poker immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. 888poker shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 888poker may require you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card.

All financial transactions on the 888poker Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. 888poker does not accept cash deposits.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. 888poker is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
• 888poker does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 888poker accepts no responsibility.
• 888poker reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

888poker offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only. 888poker reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses expire fourteen (14) days from the date of issuance unless a different expiry period is specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• 888poker reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, 888poker's decision shall be final and binding.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

All games available on the 888poker Platform — including live casino games, slot machines, bingo, and fishing arcade games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. The published Return to Player (RTP) rates for each game are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 888poker's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative and final. 888poker shall not be liable for any loss arising from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or display errors on the player's device.

If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault before its natural conclusion, 888poker will endeavor to resolve the round based on the game state recorded at the time of interruption. Where resolution is not possible, the wager amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888poker Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 888poker staff through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

All content on the 888poker Platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, animations, audio, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 888poker or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 888poker.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888poker, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

888poker's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 888poker account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888poker collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

888poker implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 888poker cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

888poker reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon termination of your account for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited if it is determined that the balance was derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 888poker customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

888poker reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account.

The amended Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from your use of the 888poker Platform shall first be submitted to 888poker's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines.

888poker operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
